This project consisted of project management,
programming and interior design documentation for the headquarters of the
then-largest music company in the world, Universal Music Group, into an
existing five-story office building in Santa Monica, California. The
program area consisted of 120,000 square feet of interior space, and
included computer server and support areas, video and music editing bays,
a full recording studio, a commissary, and executive offices. Space for
the company's two primary recording labels, MCA and Innerscope Records,
was accommodated in two completely independent compartments of the
building on multiple floors. Client:
