HavenPark is a premier mixed-use,
master-planned development on 11 acres in Rancho Cucamonga, California, comprising
office, retail, and restaurant space, and a home for the first Starwood
"aloft" hotel in the United States. With design architect Ronald Frink
Associates, House & Robertson executed two office buildings totaling
151,000 square feet of Class-A office space, and two buildings totaling
21,000 square feet of upscale service retail, 9,500 square feet of which
were allotted for top-tier restaurants. The project also included
extensive site landscaping and amenities, in addition to a single-level
parking deck structure.
